About Us

Poultry farms for the production of eggs Eggs Sharri and factories for the production of meat products from chicken and bovine LECKER, lie in the nature and pitoreske intact Sharr mountain foot, near the village of Trebos; one of the cleanest environments in ecological Macedonia. The complex has a total area of 35,000 m2, with 14,000 m2 of industrial and business premises belonging.

This joint investment of German capital has started production in May 2002, with a framework with high qualification of the 30-workers, supported by external experts and renome for this type of production technology. Manufacturing technology and equipment are German and most modern in the present model of wildfowler this raises the Farm at the top of European production.

HACCP system is applied to continuous health guarantee security during the process of production and together with the certificate obtained ISO 22000:2005 ensure fulfillment of quality standards and to work in accordance with the highest standards for world food production. Technology and modern approach to new product, results of quality special eggs, inside of which is slowly gaining safe and leading position in the market. Also the application of modern German recepturave in combination with traditional country, offering high quality products from the delicacy of chicken and bovine meat, which have enriched the market with a special flavor.

COOKING

- Imports a day-old chicks from European countries;
- Fully digitized and automated process to maintain optimal conditions for the breeding and development of chicks for egg separator;
- 24-hour surveillance by the vet and continuous monitoring by health authorities in Skopje and Munich,
- All vaccinations of chickens after the onset of the reproductive period, carried out under constant supervision of experts of the Veterinary Administration.

CHICKEN

- The egg-laying hens are in a completely automated hall housed in 10 steps;
